Our Chief Executive Officer, Gareth Jones
Ofsted Nominated Individual
Designated Safeguarding Lead with overall responsibility for managing Malvern Special Families, including strategy, fundraising and community links. Gareth started his career as a volunteer with play schemes for children with disabilities and qualified as a registered nurse for learning disabilities in 1991. Gareth has held senior management positions at a variety of local and national charities. Gareth joined us in 2019.

Our Service Manager, Caroline Conein
Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. Caroline has been part of the MSF family since 2007. She is responsible for the delivery of services; staff recruitment, training and support of our playworker team of up to 100 staff. Caroline is the lead for quality assurance within the organisation and supports the playleaders to maintain a culture of excellence throughout the clubs.

Our Office Administrator, Helen Link
Helen joined us in 2017. She has over 20 years work experience in SEND settings, in support work and administrative roles. Helen will help you with all general enquiries. She manages club bookings and membership administration. Please contact her for registering your child on our waiting list and settling them in at our clubs.
